What you need to know...What it means for you...   Indian Land, South Carolina (29707 zip code) average and median home prices reached record highs in May 2022, topping the record highs in April 2022. Home sellers enjoyed higher list to sale ratios, as well, both year-over-year and month-over-month.  Walnut Creek Neighborhood in Indian Land/Lancaster, SCReal Estate Report & Community Spotlight Quarter 1 - 2022 Walnut Creek Single Family Home Sales Review: Q1 - 202232 single family homes sold in Walnut Creek in Quarter 1 - 2022 compared with 45 homes in the same quarter in 2021. 11 of the 32 homes were new construction homes.
