July Market Stats are in, and looking at the residential listings for sale, they have increased by 9%. Sales are down approximately 13% compared to last year. The median sales price for closed transactions has decreased by about 5%. The percentage of the asking price received is good, which may indicate that sellers are becoming more realistic about their prices.
