Median home sale price declined both month-over-month and year-over-year. The decline in median sale price can be attributed to the price mix of homes sold in Tega Cay in November 2023 and not necessarily to a decline in home values.  Inventory declined month-over-month and increased by one home year-over-year. Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Home Prices Increase | Days On Market Low At 15 Days Baxter Village Single Family HomesBaxter Village average home prices increased 5% in Quarter 3-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Average home prices also increased from the Second Quarter 2023. Median home sale prices declined both quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year, most likely due to the price mix of homes that sold in the Third Quarter. Springfield Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 2 -2023 Fort Mill's Springfield neighborhood average home sale price increased 28% in Quarter 2-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago.
