The Johnson City Chamber of Commerce gave me another serendipity today.   At breakfast, I chatted with someone I’d never met before and she mentioned that she’d just looked at a property in Mountcastle Hills.    It happened to be one I knew very well because I’d talked to the owner while he was renovating it and had hoped to be the listing agent.   And I told her about one I’m about to list on Crestwood which might well be the perfect place for that family.   We talked about that and I’m about to send her a market analysis of that area to show her how hard I work for my clients, whether they’re buyers or sellers.   Making that new friend/prospect reminded me of my very first visit to the Chamber of Commerce breakfast as a newcomer to Johnson City, newly licensed in Tennessee after many ... 03/13/2013
