Why are people moving to Spring Hill? I was asked this question by a realtor who works for another company after he showed my listing at 1998 Allerton Way. He works primarily in the east Nashville area, and didn't understand why one of his clients would want to move from east Nashville to Spring hill.The short answer is much better schools at a moderate price.  The parents move near the good schools and the grandparents follow them.
