New Construction Homes Under $300,000 in Heath TX   When one thinks of Heath, they usually think of $500,000 and up priced homes but there is a very affordable little subdivision off 740 in Heath, called Lakeside At Heath. DR Horton is building homes on large lots in the Rockwall ISD. The neighborhood is very nice with lushly landscaped homes and it was winter! I can imagine how nice it will look in the spring. I did't see any lakeview lots but that does not mean there are none! Let me check it out for you !  This is a definitely must see subdivision in Heath!  01/25/2018
