I was quietly sitting in my office when I heard a loud thud. It was followed shortly afterwards by another thud. I thought one of my employees was knocking, so I got up to see what was going on. The thuds increased in frequency until we were engulfed in a deafening roar as these large hail stones pelted our building. We need Positive Price Action to confirm market bottom.  One month of price improve isn't sufficient to confirm the market bottom.  We need to see appreciation month over month for three months. PRICE ACTION      Other good signs in addition to positive price action is lower DOM (days of the market), lower new listingsand higher percent of new listings being SOLD.   SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed?   South Jordan was settled in 1859. South Jordan was primarily a rural farming community when it became incorporated as a town in 1935.
