In real estate, we are normally tasked with buying and selling homes for clients and serving the needs of customers.  Then again sometimes it is us the agent that buys and sells our own home.  Think of this daunting time as an opportunity to gain empathy with our clients.  What better way to understand the hassles of dealing with home inspection items, endless requests from your mortgage underwriter, quotes from movers and handymen - and it's a perfect storm when they all try to reach you at the same time.So the lesson learned is that we learn to have compassion and understanding when an irate client or disgruntled customer is looking to vent their frustrations on us.   It is normal for them to vent, raise their voices, lose their cool, and say things they may even regret when they are ... 07/22/2023
