  The other day I was talking to someone who is thinking of purchasing a home! They have never bought a home before and were just starting to look on the internet! One of the questions they asked was why did they need a Buyer’s Agent! After all, homes are everywhere on the internet and they can get in their car and go to the various open houses, or even contact the listing agent directly if they see a home they want to see! They can even use the internet to find out if a home is priced right (there are Zestimates after all), and if they really had a question, wouldn’t the listing agent tell them?
