The Arrowhead Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor neighborhood listings are down 33.3% year to date.  Mostly because of low amount of listings coming on the market in 2ndquarter, over the previous 4 years the 2nd quarter listings average was 110 listings compared to 2012’s 2nd quarter’s 33 listings. Surprising the number of closed sales for the Arrowhead Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor neighborhoods is up 42.4% comparing 2012’s closed sales to the previous year. Arrowhead Point is bordered by the Inglewood Country Club to the north, Saint Edwards State Park to south and Lake Washington to the west.  Arrowhead Point is about 7 miles from north Seattle. Shrinking housing inventory in Kenmore Falling housing inventory is leading towards a seller’s market in Kenmore.  The available homes  for sale in Kenmore has been drastically reduced.  The inventory of available homes for sale in Kenmore reached a yearly high in July.  Since then the inventory has trended down from 133 homes listed for sale to 105. The last weeks of August have seen the Market Action Index move strongly towards a seller’s market.  Sellers waiting to put your homes on the market this could be a perfect time.
