I had a chance to tour the home with clients, and at 4500 square feet, it's a sprawling home with walls and walkways of glass, allowing in plenty of sunlight in the afternoon and evening. The home had been on the market for almost a year, with a final selling price of $3 million, about 86% of its final list price. The second sale was on the protected harbor side of Evergreen Point, on 32nd St. This Fairweather Bay home has over 6000 square feet of living space and a steel bulkhead with plenty of moorage.
