Saying goodbye. This is my grandfather's 1950 Chevrolet Deluxe. I have had it since the early 1980s and I have had a lot of fun with it. It has become part of our family and both my kids grew up loving it. It was part of my daughter’s wedding (something blue) and she drove off in it after the ceremony.When my wife and I decided to downsize the first thing on our list was what to do with our collection of automobiles. In October of 2016 I decided to start a new niche market of recreation property and homes in the gated waterfront community of Hartstene Pointe. I have sold several parcels of vacant land and vacation homes there over the past 18 years but I never claimed it as a niche market for myself. I studied the demographics of who and where the people come from who buy at Hartstene Pointe and decided to commit. I was shocked to see some agents, that only marketed with a for sale sign or used  the billboard at the Hartstene Pointe Gate and a MLS feed. I don’t think anyone blogs anymore except me.
