As usual Loup Loup Ski Bowl is looking promising in the late ski season.  We received 12 inches of snow over the past week and variable conditions. One will not be bored if they ski all this snow from light powder, packed powder to spring like conditions all within a week. Warmer temperatures and sunny skies in beautiful Methow Valley up at the hill this weekend.

Part 2 of 3 emails for the greatly anticipated Methow Valley Real Estate market reports is here. So how did the Methow Valley homes sell this past January as compared with December and the past 15 months? 2012 is beginning with strengthened market activity compared to a slow December month for home sales in the Methow Valley real estate market.  This just might be a good sign for the rest of the year as both prices and mortgage rates have been trending downwards over the past 4 years.  Nationally some trusted economist are saying we will see real estate prices go flat nationally in 2012.  Could this finally be the bottom of the real estate market?

That is right there will be not one, but two great Blue Grass bands coming to Methow Valley next week of February 10 and 11, 2012.  It is a fun coincidence that both the Old School House Brewery and the Twisp River Pub will sponsor this popular genre of music next week end.  Blue Grass and cross country skiing are just a great combo to guarantee that Winthrop Washington is the happening place to be next weekend. On Friday night at the Old School House Brewery in Winthrop Washington we have the Black Berry Bushes. The music starts early at the pub. Starting typically at 7:00Pm and ending at right around 10:30 -11:00pm. Price is usually free as it is tonight for this talented band.  Check out the Black Berry Bushes right here: The following night Twisp River Pub will host the Hen House Pr...
