Door County Real Estate Market Update August 2023As we near the end of August, 2023, the Door County real estate market continues the pattern that it has shown since 2021.Homes and condominiums under $500,000 are receiving the most interest, but they are a very scarce commodity, and many of them are going under contract with multiple Offers.Heartland acreage (under Door County Zoning) is still averaging roughly $25,000 per acre, but smaller lots are seeing higher prices per acre because they generally have different zoning classifications.  There is very little vacant acreage for sale at all in northern Door County as of this writing (and vacant land is also scarce in Sturgeon Bay and south of Sturgeon Bay).  Waterfront properties under $3,000,000 remain highly desirable.  There are ver...
