Some of the most productive assistance was from my staff members at the office and the very special support for my licensed assistant who worked in my home office for five decades. This is a great reminder we all need to hear from time to time.It is worth a read or a reread. Gratitude makes life easier. I had to throw the "Mo' Bettah" in the post. I was in a remote area on the Big Island eating breakfast in a small restaurant and besides my wife and me there were only locals in the restaurant. We were eating pancakes and a gentleman stood up and walked over to a cooler and brought us a different syrup. He put it on our table and simply said "Mo' Bettah"  and it was.ChatGPT can be used for the very simple things we do. I am forever sending emails to customers and so is our loan processor. We made a rule that we will write the email and then go to ChatGPT and make the email 'Mo' Professional, Mo' friendly and Mo' Bettah.  I really think this will make us Mo' Comfortable and actually bring us Mo' Business.    11/06/2025

This AI learning is like taking a drink from a firehose, but a lot more fun.I'm so thankful for our Tuesday Zooms, which have been ongoing for at least five years and have never disappointed. Always fun and always learning every week.  It is mainly the same core of members who show up each week and experience the joy and camaraderie. We love it when a member stops by and realizes the value, only to discover they had no idea what they were missing.I remember the first time AI was assigned a weekly topic; I thought, 'No way, way above me, and I would have no use for it.' Four our honeymoon we went to South Africa and I have lots of great photos from our Safari. I use this one as my screen background and thought how about getting the Giraffes to recommend me.This time Grok worked for me, I uploaded the photo and asked it to create a movie, then asked it to have one of the giraffes say "Use Nick Vandekar, Chester County Realtor, of Realty ONE Group Advocates to find a home".It was very easy to then download and upload to YouTube and paste here.For some reason Grok added a giraffe in the front, I did this several times and the first time it did not, just had them walking along with some great music and a caption that got my name wrong.
