Too much fragrance at every turn and a Buyer may assume that you are trying to hide something. If you have pets, it is a much better idea to be super clean when selling your home and get rid of the odor sources than to try and mask them.
If you want your home to sell, you can make it more sellable by beginning to move! In other words, start packing! You are going to anyway, so you may as well be ahead of the game in more ways than one! Begin with one room and pack away everything that you have not used in the last month.
