Since January I've been working with a client on getting his house sold. It's a short sale. I know those are bad words for a lot of folks, so I apologize for hurting tender eyes by using them. But it is what it is. My guy bought his house with his wife when they had two incomes, he was younger, and she was alive. The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) presented awards of distinction for 2008 to the top 3% of its membership Tuesday morning. The Association honored members who demonstrated exceptional sales achievement, involvement in the Association, dedication to continued education, and adherence to the Realtor® Code of Ethics. This house is really wonderful. I held it open last weekend as well, and the whole time I was there my mind was moving my family into it! There is absolutely nothing to do but move in.
