I have started to notice that in the Birmingham (and surrouding markets), Alabama market the new construction foreclosures have started to deplete. I have also noticed that the banks are taking less offers than before. I know other areas of the US are still experiencing bad markets but the Alabama market has started looking up. In the past week I have written 5 offers on different properties. I will be able to work out at least 4 of them. I think that it is important for us (Realtors) to report any positive news that we can. With the media taking care … (1 comments)

I've come across a few great marketing products to market my listings but I'm always looking for new ones. I also have started using Youtube a lot. I wanted to see if I could get some great ideas on how other realtors are using youtube, myspace & facebook to market your listings. Any suggestions would be awesome. … (1 comments)
