Halloween time is upon us and there is no shortage of Halloween family fun events going in Plantation, FL. One of the most popular events is the Plantation Halloween & Safety Festival on October 26th 2013 from 10am to 2pm. This year the Halloween Festival has an all new location, Volunteer Park Community Center, in past years this festival was held in East Plantation at the Plantation Community Center, which has been demolished.
