delray addition: Permitting a Garage Addition

B/P Services Group, Inc has just completed this storage garage addition from the ground up. The owner had provided his own drawings and was ready to go when we signed our contract. the pitfalls and lag times of the builing permitting process can often discourage an owner from moving forward with his/her project. We faced a few challenges with this one. The home was located on a parcel with well water and septic tank. That is already 2 strikes against us with permitting.
