After reading Josh Plummer's blog Do Not Pass Go ... Do Not Collect $200, I felt compelled to coment through a blog about a recent seller's experience with Discount Brokers. The seller came in to my office after having their home on the market all spring and summer with a discount broker. (They listed with that agent because they offered to cut the commission and for no other resason. ) They were sad that their home hadn't sold and now neede a professional that could help them out. Had to come back and tell how nice it was to buzz through the EXPO on Friday Night. There were so many old friends that I was able to reconnect with. #1 Expert all were so friendly and they had a great booth. 31 Expert is a great supporter of the Allen F. Hainge Seminar CyberSTARS(TM) . The buzz at the Gooder Group was drip contact. Dan Gooder is another great supporter of the CyberStars.
