Hickory Dickory Park in Auburn, ALAbout Hickory Dickory Park Hickory Dickory Park is “a unique playground experience for children,” according to the Auburn Community Profile. This 12,000 square foot park located at 1399 Hickory Ln is composed of a play space, picnic area, and restrooms facilities. The park is not available for reservations for functions or parties. I was blessed enough to participate in building it with other volunteers and I have so many great memories of the experience. Kiesel Park in Auburn, AL Kiesel Park is located at 520 Chadwick Lane in Auburn, AL. It is Auburn’s largest park, with a pavilion, a garden, a pond and a walking trail with a distance of 2 1/4 miles. The Nunn-Winston house is also located at this park. Kiesel Park hosts the city’s biggest event each year, The Auburn CityFest. Dinius Park is an absolutely fabulous park! Great for the dogs, kids and family and I highly recommend it. It is located at 1435 E. Glenn Ave. in Auburn, AL. Dinius Park is named after the Dinius family who donated the land and other properties to The City of Auburn. Their only request was the property be used as a passive park. The park is just over 13 acres and features 2 dog parks, a large dog park (1.06 acres) and a small dog park (0.48 acres).
