I was working on housing market statistics and found the following information interesting so I thought I would share it! In Cranberry Township between the periods of Dec 2009 through the end of May 2010 - for homes under $200,000: The average days on the market ranged from 53 to 101 The average sold to list price ranged from 92% to 97% (92% was in January) The average active "for sale" price is up 2% over the last 6 months The average "sold price" was up (1 comments)
