Statisitcs show that it is a GREAT time to sell your home if you are Jackson Township and have a home priced under $200,000. The inventory is much lower than it has been for months!! In January, February and March of 2010 there was a 6 months supply of homes on the market. In April there was a 7 month supply of homes and in May that number dropped to a 1.8 month of housing supply. This means that there is a very LOW inventory in this price range!
