I am Happy to announce the release of my newest NH real estate search site (and Western maine real estate served by NNEREN MLS): North Conway Real Estate Search, that uses a map based interface to make searching for homes for sale and land for sale much easier. Well, it's been a few whirlwind weeks here in the White Mountains. Fall is always a busy time of year up here, with many people touring the area to see the beautiful colors of the changing leaves as they drive through the White Mountain National Forest ( WMNF ) . It is also a time that many vacation homeowners are up making end of season repairs and arrangements for the winter season here and up at their Bretton woods NH condos. As I make my way back and forth and up and down Carroll County NH as a real estate broker I get to see a lot of different areas, beautiful scenery and a wide range of property values. The following is an answer to a recent email I received from a blog reader. He had inquired about bank owned properties and i sent him a list of a mix of properties (bank owned foreclosures and privately owned) from the NNEREN mls we use as brokers in NH.
