A very sweet committed relationship and HE has been mentioning getting on the same insurance plan and lots of little details which can only happen when you are married. We have been planning to move in together, but he did not quite get there with those actual words a woman wants to hear. We had breakfast (28 comments)

middleton wisconsin real estate: It Appears Piers are Subject to Some New Regulations By April 1, 2011 in Wisconsin
- 01/30/11 04:39 PM
Got boat? Got Pier? The Pier Protection Act signed into law by Governor Jim Doyle grandfathers 99% of all existing piers from future regulations. That is great news for Wisconsin Waterfront Property Owners, who, if you do have a pier on your property, you should register it before April 1, 2011 in order to avoid issues of non-compliance in the future. Tom Larson, Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs for the Wisconsin Realtors Association has written a complete article with the new regulations and the dimension requirements for piers as well. For more information on pier regulations, please contact Tom Larson directly (tlarson@wra.org) (4 comments)

I do not have pictures of the first (9 comments)

We have been enjoying unseasonably good weather around these parts lately but before we know it, Old Man Winter will be nipping our noses and, yes, freezing our toes-es. With the temperatures dropping, don't you dare leave your cell phones and laptops in the car! I have done this! It is (5 comments)
