Apparently I needed to contact elected officials to get anywhere... Finally at the absolute end of my rope with trying to help a friend get through a sale, short sale, deed in lieu that has been completely mis-handled by Bank of America, I new I needed to get outside help. A little background.... The property has been on the market since June of 2008. It started as a regular sale. 6 months later, it became a short sale.
