I have several reasons why we need to get away, and get away a lot. As real estate agents we need to wear many hats. We deal with people on a daily basis so we have to hear all of our client's personal, family, and medical problems. We also have to play secretary by scheduling their moving dates, inspection dates, appaisal dates, when to put kippy the dog for boarding, and anything else you can dream up. I have sold several of my personal homes over the years, but I always have a problem selling my primary residence. I think I am that stubborn seller I hate to deal with. I turn on all the lights, immaculate landscaping, tun on the music, and walk the dog when prospective buyers knock on the door. What else do I need to do to get my home sold?
