About 2 weeks ago a client called and said he wanted to discuss something with me. He is also a good friend and I said sure, what's going on? I read a blog this morning that discussed strategic short sales...
I have to admit, I've not heard that term before except as associated with foreclosures. I know that people drag all sorts of emotional issues into this topic concerning ethics, morals and not wanting to pay for other's mistakes. All valid to them and I respect their opinions but I wanted to explore this topic on just a business level.
