At first it was a feeling of 911 all over again.  I had a pit in my stomach as soon as I heard it was wide spread.  During 9-11 excitement quickly turned to fear, in my office excitement was running through the office everyone was about to go home, thinking it was local to our area.  (My wife had power at home)  Then a call from Miami hay do you have power, fear set in.  A short time later the power came back on...

Chasing The Declining Market-
More then two price reductions is Chasing in my mind.  I recently received an offer on one of my listings, so I opened the file and pulled out the history log from MLS and realized we did 9 nine yes nine, price reductions.
About six months ago our Broker attended a meeting a talked about his personal story of chasing the market and how he lost money.
The point I'm getting at is the tough love talk with clients will save thousands of dollars in the long run.  A lets try this first price doesn't.
