The year was 2013, and my friend Joe took me to lunch and told me that joining eXp Realty would change my life. I was skeptical, but since my friend had already saved my real estate career once prior to that during the economic downturn, I decided to enjoy a free meal and to listen. Joe told me that this small but promising real estate company would allow me to work with not only buyers and sellers, but would allow me to develop an entirely new revenue stream by recruiting other agents and earning revenue share.
