As you can see the Goose Creek market is pretty much on par with 2010 with regards to the number of homes sold. But, the dollar value of homes sold has dropped. This is due to home prices dropping nationwide as well as our local market. Today's market takes a proactive approach to selling. The average homes sold per month through June of 2009 is nearly 49. In comparison, June of 2008 had a total of 61 homes and the average number of homes sold per month for the first 6 months of 2008 was 55.
