A new book was just published that I feel is a book everyone that is serious about real estate sales needs to read: Billion Dollar Agent In a nutshell, the author interviewed hundreds of agents throughout the United States and Canada to determine agents that have sold or will sell soon at least $1 billion in real estate in their career. The book was introduced at Floyd Fest 2007 in Chicago this past weekend. I have read about 1/3 the book so far, fabulous book. I'll get some things wrote up in a few days, I just haven't had time. We did work during the day, I promise! Saturday was a great day, we worked almost straight through from 8am until 8pm. Learned quite a lot, which I will be discussing in another post. Here is a few photos

Floydfest doesn't officially start until noon today, but last night was a blast for the people that showed up 12 hours early to the cold windy city of Chicago. Twenty five to thirty people, many of the original "sweat hogs", made an appearance for karaoke night on Thursday evening. A few photos... This morning the other 475 people will be showing up.

I am heading out from Indianapolis to Chicago for the annual Floyd Fest training seminars... This is actually known as the Master Sales Association Annual event. Over 500 of the top real estate agents and brokers will be at this event. This will be an exciting 3 days of training.
