video: real estate audio on websites

I keep putting on my to-do list to get some more audio on my websites. Anyone have success with audio? Do you get better response rate then just with text? I would think it would add value, just like video does. Which brings up another point, I need to start adding more video to my sites. Has anyone done video testimonials or audio testimonials on their websites?

Much easier and cheaper then other ways to put audio on your website.
My goal is to have an audio portion on each of my landing pages for clients to listen to, click on, etc. Or maybe send a new potential website lead an audio greeting?
