Congrats to My Buyers Terrell & Natalie Maye I could not be more thrilled than I am right now. The Maye's are 2nd time around homeowners but this time around, they have a larger family and nothing less than a four bedroom would do. I don't mean 3 bedrooms and you could use this closet as a 4th bedroom if you wanted to, I mean 4 actual rooms that were designed for or perfectly suited for bedrooms. Duck, Duck, Duck Oh so you've never heard of this game. Well I'm not surprised. Up until now, people have thought that Duck, Duck, Goose was the only game in town. But let me tell you, when it comes time to buying a home, it's no game and you've got to make sure that you have all of your ducks in a row.
