Spring Cleaning Time for North Idaho Real Estate that is For Sale
Last weekends great weather and the wife's long list of projects for just such a weekend got me to thinking about the Winter weather damage that many of the Homes For Sale here in North Idaho have experienced and how for the last several months this has been largely overlooked by both Buyers and Sellers (and REALTORS).
It is now time for the broken gutters, collapsed sheds and other snow/ice damage to be repaired and/or replaced. Buyers will be seeing many more houses entering the market and those that still show … (0 comments)
