Location, Location, Locatiom? We've all heard it: "What are the three most important things when buying a home?" Answer: Location! Location! Location! While that adage may still hold true, most realtors will agree that when it comes to selling a home, the three most important things driving the price and sale of the home are: 1. location
2. current market values
3. condition
