market timing: Too Much Information!!!

Summer is over, time to get back to reality for many and as I try to gear up for the fall market (hopefully there will be one) I am just overwhelmed with everyone's thoughts, opinions, research and more....it's information overload! BUT, what a wonderful chance to share and learn from each other as we navigate this challenging real estate market. I love to listen to both experienced agents who have been there before talk about the cycles and what they think....or the real estate rookie who optimistically just got their license.
