Congratulations on taking the first steps by getting pre-approved and researching your neighborhoods. You are now ready to seriously start looking at homes. The first thing you should do is come up with a list of wants and needs. It's important to differentiate the two. Your "needs" are the aspects of a home that you won't compromise on - your "must haves".
