In the Laramie County area oil is once again becoming a big industry. New wells that are producing well, are bringing in many companies that support this type of industry. Cheyenne Wyoming Update. It is offically Spring in Cheyenne Wyoming!! Hmmmm...wonder where it went. We got close to 6" of a nice, wet snow on Tuesday, and it was mostly gone by Wednesday. Had a river in the street. This time of year Cheyenne gets a lot of its percipitation in the form of these great wet snows. We can look forward to more of these. Farmers Market in Cheyenne Wyoming on Saturday Mornings In the downtown area of Cheyenne, at the Depot Plaza, in late summer and early fall the local gardeners and farmershave a place to sell their fresh produce, and fruits, and breads, and honey, and flowers...all sorts of great stuff!!! Ths takes place from early morning until around 1pm, or when the produce is gone. The Farmers Marketis a great place to visit and buy all of your fresh produce.
