first time homebuyers: Do holidays bring a lot of showings?

It is a holiday weekend and yes holiday weekends can bring out the buyers! Buyers from out of the area that may be in town with family for the holiday may use this time to look for a home. Many other buyers are off of work and this is a great time for them to see homes. As hard as it may be for you to show your home during the holiday try to be flexible and accommodate the buyers.
