real estate licensing: Illinois Real Estate Licensing Requirement Changes

The Illinois State Senate passed a bill this spring that would double the requirements for licensing od salesman and broker. Also included, is the continuing education requirements would increase to 30 hours. There is too much on the table for this bill to make it through this year. However, the cats out of the bag and I fully expect licensing requirements by 2009 to include some of these changes. … (1 comments)
