I've seen many posts on this subject but doubted that it could actually happen to me. Three-Family foreclosures in Dorchester, MA are currently a hot commodity. Since the start of the foreclosure boom, there have been a ton of foreclosures of these popular multi-family homes in Boston's largest neighborhood. Recent activity indicates that the combination of low inventory, low prices, low interest rates and high rents is making this a hot type of property right now. I've been closely tracking the market for three-families and three-family foreclosures in Dorchester, MA since 2003 and have seen some huge changes. Recently, there has been new town and city search criteria for MLS in Bostonareas added to the search feature. While searching for a home in MLSPIN (the local major MLS network) used to very easy, you now must pay close attention to how you are selecting your areas and towns to make sure you don't miss out on anything! My office is in Dorchester, so that's where I get a lot of calls from buyers.
