kansas city: Olathe Kansas New Interchange - 09/03/07 01:27 PM
More plans for growing the southern boundaries of Olathe, KS
There have been proposals and offerings on a new interchange at 159th and I-35 for the past few years in Olathe, and it appears as though these changes are developing into reality.  Although, the plan may be a ways off, it is to the credit of our city council and planning committee that they are thinking ahead and planning appropriately.
The Lone Elm Vicinity Plan now appears to have a corporate and retail slate placed on it versus a large lot residential neighborhood that was once on the table.  Olathe has a large … (2 comments)

kansas city: TBones Baseball in Kansas City - 09/01/07 03:57 PM
Minor League Baseball in Kansas City
Tonight our Keller Williams office went together as a group to a TBones Baseball game here in Kansas City.  Our group took several rows and seats, there must have been close to a hundred of us there.  You could see us from anywhere as we all wore our RED shirts in representation of Keller Williams.
I guess for me, the joy of the game is really watching other people as they experience the game.  Some for the first time in their young lives as they attended the game.  Mom and dad helping them experience the game, … (4 comments)

It provides details of what the 1860s travelers would see as they make their way in stagecoaches to the Mahaffie Stagecoach stop. If you can set yourself back in time and imagine the images of nature that could be seen along the way, you would see vast open plains of wheat fields and blue skies.  There would also be sunflowers swaying … (6 comments)

What is the Process and Follow-up from Your Builder?
Many new home buyers are cautiously optimistic about the builder and process that goes into building a new home.  Oh yes, there is the search for the land, the house design and plans, what to put in the house when it is finished and Oh yeah, let's hope we don't have any problems with the construction after the home is built.
Well, I recently came across a developer that provided a process they use in building a new home.  I'm very fond if the idea of keeping the new owners aware of what is … (6 comments)
