This Indonesian-themed event will take place on Ellsworth Drive in Downtown Silver Spring from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Admission is FREE The festival will have a range of demonstrations and activities. Meant for all ages, children will have their own section where they can make arts and crafts including puppets. Food vendors will offer dishes such as many different versions of satay (meat skewers) and a lot of other Indonesian food. A fashion show by Batik Boutique will show of a line of brightly colored traditional clothing. Indonesian music will be heard throughout the day.
