I am so glad to have been a part of our annual Clarksville Association of Realtors® service project on Veteran's Day. CAR Gives Back, as we call it, identifies a needy Veteran in our area that we can serve with our resources and collaborative labor and efforts. We are always looking for our next project. Ombudsman Program-Pay It Forward. The Clarksville Association of Realtors has taken a big step and organized an Ombudsman Program to help facilitate questions and disputes in the Realtor community. I am honored to be one of the Realtors asked to be a part of this new program. A Quick Pick Me Up-Pay It Forward. Our cars are our mobile offices and since we are on the go a good part of the day, we need to make sure we are equipped to handle whatever we encounter.

Helping a Colleague-Pay It Forward. The last 9 days have been really busier than usual for me because I have been Helping a Colleague-Pay It Forward. Helping a New Rainer, Pay It Forward was more fun than I expected. I had a fellow Realtor/Friend accept my invitation to join ActiveRain. Part of my coercion was that I had promised her a startup session and we had it this week. Getting started immediately is so important because if you don’t, it really is hard to get back to it.
