There were 30 homes sold in the first quarter 2010 compared to 31 homes sold in the first quarter 2009. According to our MLS homes spent 113 days on market compared to 127 days last year. This number is skewed as it doesn't take into account the fact that some of the homes were re-listed and not new listings.
