Why use a real estate agent who uses texting riders on your sign? Because we are smack in the middle of the technology age and people use their cell phones! People of every age are using cell phones today, not just the younger generations. My mother is 72 and my father is 75 and both of them have cell phones, smart phones no less, and they both text.
