Alaska is still proving to be a solid stable market acroos the enitre Gigantic State!
According to RealtyTrac.com, a foreclosure listing service,
one in every 5,476 housing units in Alaska had a foreclosure listing in April, 2017.
Ketchikan Gateway had the highest number of April foreclosure listings (1 in every 3,089 units).
Anchorage Borough was second highest (1 in every 3,906 units).
Mat-Su Borough was third highest (1 in every 4,567 units).
Fairbanks North Star Borough had the fourth highest number of April foreclosure listings (1 in every 4,623 units).
The Kenai Peninsula Borough was the fifth-highest region (1 in every 6,100 units).

You really Otter Sea this…. Homer Alaska
Sea Otters…. How can anyone resist these adorable guys? They are just so fun! They were having such a good time floating and rolling around in the water. Pretty sure this is a mom and baby… every once in a while they would cozy up and float together.
I took these photos out on The Homer Spit, Homer Alaska at a place I like to go and just unwind. I never know what will show up…eagles, people, birds, boats or Sea otters!
