Today's buyer's market provides a great opportunity for first time home buyers. Why? Inventory- the number of houses on the market across the price range. Realistic prices-motivated sellers realize that houses that are not priced for Competition do not sell. Favorable interest rates- While they fluctuate some they remain historically low.
